painting bathroom tile

I painted my bathroom tile. And it looks great...and worked great!! I wish I had tried it earlier!
my bathroom tile was in good shape. It was just tired, old-fashioned, and...beige.
with a couple coats of paint it is fresh and modern!

Yes, you can. Tint the primer gray or use as is, clean the tiles thoroughly and go to it.

You can buy Rustoleum Tub and Tile kit from Home Depot online. I think it’s for 37.00 ? To use on your tub/shower. Because it’s constantly hit with water. You can use regular rustoleum on wall tiles outside the tub/shower area. Sometimes I just paint old shower plastic liners with oil or enamel based paint and it works great!

To clean shower walls w soap scum. I use Ajax and a sponge scrubber or light grit sandpaper and clean what I can, rinse, dry with towel - then paint.
