What do you want?
Might be better to Paper over it with a Poster or Picture or Wallpaper especially if it has a frame..........You could always stick tiles to it or Glass Buttons to maybe make an attractive feature?
I don't think it would be a good idea to paint over a mirror... maybe wallpaper ???? or a big art piece ???
There are many window cling type covers that you could use on it. Check out your local home improvement store for paint you can use on glass and paint it whatever way you want.
Even a nice contact paper would work fine I would think. More selections in that line than window cling. Look on Amazon, there are probably 100 different types of wall contact paper and clings.
You can put a frame around it! Win!
You could get a stencil you like and stencil over it, if you're not liking so much mirror bling! The paint can later be removed by scraping it off carefully or even using a cleaning solution.
