DIY Valentine's Day Cards
I do cards as well. Pinterest is a great place to find ideas. Usually I'm at the last minute putting one together so sometimes I add embellishments to bought-cards. Since I have a button fetish, I go with them quite often, though sometimes I also add ribbon or lace or origami. Keep in mind that if whatever you add causes the card to lie less than flat, extra postage is required. Good luck!
Thank you so much!!
I'm a card maker and amateur mixed-media artist. Most of my ideas come from youtube tutorials. There are hundreds of great card makers on Youtube who are not only entertaining, but informative as well, and there is no art topic that you won't find there. I usually watch the completion of a project and if I really like it, I'll improvise using whatever supplies I have on hand.
