You could add a bottom for them to rest on. If not a full bottom, then at least some cross bars to rest the drawers on.
The drawers have slots that ride on the plastic runners. Over time the plastic can wear or the drawer slots can wear. I can't tell if the plastic runners are screwed or have pins that insert into holes in the sides of the dresser. If the plastic runners are screwed on you can loosen the screws and insert some thin pieces of cardboard behind them, tighten the screws. If the runners have pins that insert into the dresser sides use a putty knife and gently pry them away to get a slight gap and insert thin pieces of cardboard in the gap and push the runners back. This will be a trial and error to get the proper thickness of cardboard so the drawers don't bind and slide freely without falling off the runners.
It looks like the plastic runners have worn thin. You can try removing and replacing them or add something behind them so the drawers won't slip. Here's a link with some replacement ideas:

As the material that this dresser is made out of is not real wood, unfortunately, if you begin to remove any existing hardware, and try to insert new screws or other hardware into the walls, what may result is a disintegration of the unit. It may not be cost effective to begin putting more money into this piece.
Hi Jeia, we had a similar problem with our drawers and it frustrated me no end. If the suggestions above don't work for you, here's what we did to fix it permanently - https://acraftymix.com/blog/fix-broken-drawers-quick/
Add a ridge of timber under each draw slider, or replace them with shelves so the drawers will sit on them.
Purchase metal drawer slide in the length of the drawers and replace the plastic ones.
That plastic piece can be replaced with a small piece of wood about the same size for the drawer to slide on. It looks like that piece is not secure to the wall of the dresser.
I would replace the plastic with wooden slides or newer plastic ones. Just measure and you can find replacements
online.
Seems like the plastic runner needs replacing. I'd switch it out for a wood runner. Then the drawer would be able to slide and not fall.
I would use brackets and extensions to fix that since it seam to be a partical board
