you can also remove shelves or add shelves to make a pantry- you can have open shelves or possibly add on a rolling door to close over front of the pantry once you convert it
You could add shelves to the cabinet portion:

Probably you will need to add doors of some type. If you can't do that, try tension rods with curtains. You can do an open pantry and use baskets to contain items.

Great reuse! Evaluate the items you want to stash in there and plan shelves, bins, dividers etc. based on that.
Adding a few more shelves and clear bins would make it easy to organize and see what’s inside at a glance. Hope this helps!

You are talking my language! I repurposed an old hutch into a pantry in my kitchen. I added baskets and shelves to the inside. If your entertainment center has glass doors you may want to either put a textured contact paper on the glass or hang curtains on the inside. Fill your new pantry with all kinds of baskets and organizers!

I would add extra shelves and bins as needed. Take advantage of the doors and add racks for spices and small items.
