Are you covering the plywood or the beadboard? They are two different things.
Hi Linda, you might consider covering the plywood with some type of decorative fabric. Flat sheets offer a lot of fabric for a relatively inexpensive price. You could also purchase upholstery fabric in a design you like. These fabrics can be adhered using liquid starch/water mixture and then it is easily removable t a later time. I've done this in decades past when I lived in apartments. You likely could also purchase some drywall texture available in spray cans and then paint to make the walls look more homelike. I am SO interested in the Tiny Home idea!
I would try to use a thick paintable patterned wallpaper and then paint that any color that you like. The patterened wall paper will give texture and interest to the flat walls.
Paint with light colour, Neutrals. Wallpaper one plain wall as contrast (Feature). Use Darker colour at bottom of walls (Paint or Stain) lighter at top. Use Mirrors to give impression home is bigger.
Textured wallpaper would be my choice to go with the beadboard on the bottom half.
You can remove the beadboard, paint it another color, or fill in the beadlines so that you can wallpaper over it. Prep by cleaning with TSP first.
Home Depot sells a beautiful textured wallpaper, you can paint it a contrasting color from the beadboard or whatever color you like.
Some textured wall coverings, take a look:

Peel and stick wall paper may be an option to consider, or a series of murals.
You could get some peel and stick wall paper!
Hi Linda, if the plywood is in good condition you can consider whitewashing the plywood. Here's a video that will show you how - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bKiS_Kewtak
Seal with a water-based poly so it doesn't yellow.
Wallpaper is having a huge comeback right now and it comes in so many different patterns, even ones that look like brick or wood shiplap. They even come in peel and stick varieties, although I'm not sure how well that would work on unfinished wood or rough wood.
So it’s plywood on the top and beadboard below it? Exposed plywood is very hip these days. You could stain or seal up the plywood. But if you’d like to cover it, you can get another panel product or even maybe a flooring product.
You can make use of a wallpaper which is thick and have a paintable surface. After so, you can just paint it with the color that you like.
