use Once and Done products you use the cleaner/stripper first (follow directions but easy to use) then rinse and let it dry and add the wax or finish to the laminate I have used this method for years found out about the products from a flooring company this is what they do-find it at Home Depot usually

It depends on the laminate. Contact the manufacturer for the best advice.
It's very rare the finish is worn away. Using the wrong cleaner or wax can cause the laminate to become hazy. First try cleaning with Bona Laminate Floor cleaner. Homemade cleaner would be 1/2 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup rubbing alcohol, 1/2 cup water in a spray bottle. Spray directly on the floor. Use a microfiber or sponge mop the clean the floor. Try not to get the floor too wet. Once dry use Bona tile and laminate floor polish. If the shine is worn away the you would need to scruff the surface with a Green Scotch Brite pad. Clean off the dust well. Then apply three coats of a water based polyurethane.
Laminate Floor Polish
Mix the water, vinegar, and oil in a squirt bottle and give it a good shake. Begin at a far corner of the room and squirt the cleaning solution onto the floor, making sure that you don’t overdo it.
Rub the solution into the floor with a microfiber cloth using a circular motion. Continue working each section until you have backed your way out of the room.

Sounds like there could be a build-up of some kind of product, or it could be that the products you've been using damaged the material. If you know where the flooring came from or the brand, contact the store/manufacturer. Otherwise do a small test in an unseen area with some of these suggestions before doing the whole floor.
