How much should I expect to pay for a master bath redo in my area 33437?

It it should not include major plumbing changes. Only removing a soaker tub and re locating a sink n its place next to the other sink. Will include some cabinets, counter top ,sinks and reptile. These r the big changes.

  • I would get a few bids. It will really depend on a lot of factors, such as the materials you select and if you use a contractor, how much they'll bid you. It is good to get 2-3 quotes, because prices on materials and contractors can really vary!

Your best bet is to get at least 4 separate written estimates {bids}from legitimate Contractors. Their bids should be within $200.00 of each other - then you can choose the lowest bid. Remember: GET IT IN WRITING, make sure everything is listed on the bids, and check out the Contractors; you don't want to get billed for some unseen charges, or scammed by a fly-by-night contractor. Legitimate Contractors are honest, hard-working people but there are always those who are looking to scam an elderly person or couple, or anyone who trusts everyone to be "as good as his/her word".

$14K, not including the crocodile. ☺️ Plumber, helper, electrician, carpenter, tiler, painter, finisher. A master carpenter might be able to do it all. Do due diligence—check out the people and companies. Best wishes, Gen.
