Hi. You know those plastic, gel-filled sacks that keep things cold? Usually packed in packages like Hello Fresh or shipments that need to be kept chilled. They also can be warmed up. I use them for keeping casseroles and muffins warm when taking to events. I heat them up in hot / boiling water, wrap them in a dishtowel and place under the dish. Then place the whole thing in an insulated bag if you have one. Works great! You can purchase them on Amazon too. Hope this helps a bit!
