How to Make a Wreath from Plastic Bags

Bend the hanger out in a circle.
Cut the handles and bottoms off of the grocery bags.
If there is printing on the bags, cut that part off.
Fold the bag into one long strip.
Cut the strip into 4 pieces.
Cut the sides to make individual strips.
Tie the strips to the hanger.
