I need a storage chest by my bed for my medicines

    tackle box might work..check out a few styles. I’ve used them in my work place.the oh *hit box...it held the emergency medications.

  • I use a photo box with lids, one of the pretty ones from the craft store. I have two, one for my items and one for the pets. Since I live alone, easy to locate and all in one place, should something ever happen to me.

    Just remember that if you ever have kids in your home, you should lock it and move it somewhere hidden. I know this may sound paranoid, but we always put ours in a locked room when my grandkids visit. Right now they are young so it would be more of a curious thing for them to even look, but older kids who DO already have a hidden drug issue, may look around for something they can take.

    Great reminder Linda. As a prior ER nurse, I saw many small kids who ate grandma’s meds, even left for a couple minutes. Better extra safety options than horrible outcome that could have been prevented.
