What is the fabric content? Bleach will do that to synthetic fabric. Bleach isn't a cure all and can actually do damage.
Hi! I did that with a lab coat once and it turned it yellow. I couldn't save that one, but, soaking overnight in hot water and Oxiclean is worth a try, as is Rit color remover. Actually, I quit using bleach after that. Good luck!

Have you tried OxyClean?
I have used Oxyclean successfully on problems like this. You may want to switch out from chlorine bleach. Do an overnight soak in you washing machine or you can also do this in a basin of water and Oxyclean.
Submerge your uniforms in water to which a good amount of Oxiclean has been dissolved. Let set for 1/2 hour or so and then launder as usual. If that doesn't work try a Rit Color Remover. It can be found in stores near the Rit Dye in different colors. On somesynthetic fabrics bleah does not work well.
You can use Rit color remover since they are dingy. Will remove all color. You can soak in hot water and 1/3 bottle of hydrogen peroxide for a few hours or overnight. I use hydrogen peroxide with detergent when I wash my whites.
Hydrogen Peroxide or Lemon Juice would be much better than bleach. Bleach normally turns it a dingy off white.
Some things can't be bleached and that may be one of the. It may be permanently discolored.
Try borax in a box follow directions
There is a product called WhiteOut that would help with this. You should be able to find it with the washing detergents, etc at the grocery store.
Unfortunately chlorine bleach will discolor permanently nylon and synthetics. Use a non-chlorine bleach product.
try blueing liquid. works great
