    These appear to be VCT type tiles, some damp mopping is about the best you can do. Too much use of water (wet mopping) can lead to water getting between the tiles and lead to them lifting.

    I would use a mild detergent with warm water a slash of vinegar, works for me every time

    I agree with Kevin that they look to be VCT. If the wax is worn, you'll need to remove it and rewax it. Although it's still called wax it's actually acrylic.
