    Michaels for me, too! :-)

  • I use them all, Home Depot, Lowes, Hobby Lobby, Joann's, Michael's, ACMoore. Who ever has a coupon! Even get things from Amazon, Factory Direct Craft and Bulk Apothecary online.

  • Oh to have an A C Moore! I have to load up when out of state. I start at all the dollar stores and work my way up the ladder. Also yard sales, garage sales, you never know what you may find.

Thrift shops, yard sales, Dollar Stores, Walmart, craft stores, grocery stores (baskets and boxes from produce, plastic boxes from the fish department, they normally throw out) Bakeries are good too for plastic buckets with covers. They get icings and filling in different size pails, and then end up with piles of empty clean pails or buckets. Pizza places for the round circular cardboards. Restaurants for #10 cans (12 cup size). Oh and people downsizing or about to move to smaller lodgings. Construction sites for bits or end pieces of lumber (ask permission first). Clothing factories, you can get bits of cloth trimmings from when they cut out clothing. Could get pieced quilt piece sizes. Commercial laundries that rent sheets, towels, and tablecloths. They get stuck with torn and stained cloth goods they can't rent but can be cut up for Scout projects. Open your mind to a world of possibilities.
