Can you clarify your question? Then we can help.
Great question! I carry a calendar and notebook and my "lists" wherever i go. You never know when you might fall over something you are looking for in an unusual place. If something Internet based I just email to myself and then go to Fed Ex Kinkos or the library to (hopefully) print. I have been blocked by their firewalls so some stuff is hanging out there in limbo. Then I have a bunch of folders that they go into. Not very sophisticated, but I want simple and uncomplicated.
Organize your space first so you know where everything is. I use recycled glass jars and cans to hold my supplies. They can be painted and labeled so you know where everything is. Store them on a tall bookshelf so everything is in sight, then you can begin your projects!
