Skydive
I would probably have a discussion with a trusted doctor.
I never had any fear my whole life I've been a daredevil according to my friends and family in my career and fun pursuits to test my limits.... now I'm 70, I would like to go back and give climbing another shot.... but don't think I would make it. Give it another 10 years and I'm going.
I used to frequent an area of the Canadian Rockies where I knew the Swiss mountain guide real well, we used to get all these people in the middle 80s who had climbed it in their 20s and wanted to do it one more time. I wanna be one of them. Nothing like standing on top of the World. Denali.... here I come!

I have no fear but doubt in my ability to do things is YUGE..took me three seasons to discover how pretty purple violets are next to yellow ones..my latest exploration is how to choose exotic grasses to plant in two ceramic urns. Been working on that one for two years now...
I would travel to the poorest parts of the world & help in remote villages. This might be hindered more by finances than by fear though but feel uneasy about traveling at this time.
