Hi Emily, sorry you are having problems with your fan running all the time on your furnace. Our thermostat has a setting for fan on or auto. The auto runs the fan when the furnace is on and the run setting runs the fan all the time. You may want to check your thermostat to see if your has these settings before you call your furnace man. Good luck hope it is a simple solution.
