I know this is not a DIY project but does anyone know if there is a furnace that can be place in a crawlspace? My crawlspace is 3 feet deep.

yes...talk to your heating contractor about a unit that is typically used in an attic space.
I don't know about putting it in the crawl. You need a way to duct the exhaust out, usually with a chimney or at least duct work. I'm not sure if it could be ducted properly and that exhaust isn't something you want in your home. Check with your town about it, they may have regulations on where you can put it. You should really talk with an hvac company for your own safety.
Yes, I had a Bryant in my crawlspace up north. A lot of homes have them. Call any Company that sells furnaces. Be sure to check around.
