This is a toughy, I have seen box fans with frozen gallon jugs tied to the back to push cold air thru. Fans are definitely in need anyway you look at it.

Video is interesting but there is not enough information. What is the liner? I assume you have a large freezer that can freeze a gallon of water into solid ice in 5 hours so you just keep putting new ice in as long as you want the cold air.
Is the PVC pipe 1.5 inches INTERIOR, so the hole can be 2.25 inches on the bucket and 2.125 inches on the liner so the pipe stays tight without glue? The guy demonstrating talks too fast. It needs a narrator who explains everything clearly.
