How do I remove this baseboard heat diffuser in bathroom?

Needs to be washed not just dusted. No screws to remove parts.

The grate probably slides out. Have you tried to pull it carefully?

So gently pulled. Bottom was loose but not top. Pulled some more and then saw screws pulling out from Wall that were underneath the top and not visible before. Pulled them out from wall and diffuser came free. Washed it up really well along with opening. Tomorrow will spray paint to freshen up. Challenge will be reinserting. May have to get hubby’s assistance. Thank you for suggestion.
