You could install a garage door sized screen which would allow door to be up while area is enclosed. Or a thru the wall ventilation fan may help. There are other fan types mounted on the roof which turn on based on temperature. A link to thru the wall type. Good luck

One of the things we do is open the doors wide open in the evenings, and we also crack the garage side door. We leave this all the way open until we are ready for bed and then lock it all up. Airing the whole thing out in the evening has really helped us and then we don't have to leave it open all night. You could also put a fan up to help push the air as well.
Install a roof vent. It does help
use a dryer or stove vent.
Get a Whirly Bird Heat Extraction outlet put in. It operates on the slighest of breezes and draws all the heat out of the roof cavity and brings the temp right back down. In Australia we call the Whirly Birds and are a easyily self installed job for any handyman.
Thank you
