Because eyeglasses are ground to certain specifications, I would take them to an eyeglass store to see if they can fix your problem. -

Try polishing the scratch with a little toothpaste. This tecnique worked for me. -

Light scratches can be removed by rubbing with a gritty toothpaste, rinse.
