How do i trouble shoot a ceiling fan?

I installed a ceiling fan with a light. Fan works but light dosent. What should i look at .. Thanks

Make sure the wiring is all securely connected and the right way. Is it turned on by a switch, or on the fan itself? Perhaps there is a problem between the light and the switch. If it is done with a switch, make sure the light is on from the fan. We have two that work from the fan and a switch on the wall, if it doesn't get turned on at the fan, it won't work when you hit the switch, same goes with the fan, if both are on, the switch will turn on both, unless you turn one off at the fan. I hope this can help you get your light working!
This may sound like a crazy question, but have you tried changing out the bulb?
