I'm a renter counter tops were re done but they measured wrong my dishwasher sticks out 2-3 inches any idea landlord dont care look bad

It sounds like the dishwasher isn't back in the cabinet far enough. Dishwashers are the same depth as kitchen cabinets.
Ask the landlord if he can come and push it back in to where it should be. Don't do it yourself, just in case it gets damaged and he may cause problems because it gets damaged. Let him take responsibility for putting it back right.
Don't think there is anything you can do about it. It's the hoses that cause the problem...........
It wasn't installed properly. It should fit. Tell the landlord to have the installers come back and fix it.
Dishwashers are pretty standard when it comes to size. If installed correctly it should not stick out.
