Jackie Byrd on Oct 03, 2016Are they full size bricks or just brick veneers? You can Google "brick veneer" to see what I'm talking about.Helpful Reply

William on Oct 03, 2016Brick cannot be sanded down. You can chip the bricks out with a chisel and hammer. Use eye and hand protection. Or you can use an angle grinder with a masonry blade and cut the brick out. Use eye and hand protection. Both methods will require patching to smooth out the finish. Final option is to paint the brick along with the house.Helpful Reply

Johnchip on Oct 03, 2016On the white house surface, they look to be a brick veneer which could be chiselled off. but the bigger issue then is you will have to patch and match the exiting stucco finish This is not an easy DIY now. You said you want a smooth finish, you will not get that with the existing stucco anyway. I strongy advise you callin a couple estimates on what it will take o get our surface to the condition you would like. then start seeing what parts of that you can DIY. For now, hold your hammer!Helpful Reply
