How can I fix a damp wall in my bedroom?
Live in a flat, 3rd floor. Paint is peeling off and plaster cracking, looks like dampness coming in from outside. Not easy to get to the outside where problem seems to be coming from (weather side of building).

You better get in touch with your land lord. This doesn’t sound good
This sounds like insufficient insulation or a leak of some kind. Yes, contact your landlord.
If it is a condo that you own, call the condo association. They are responsible for the outside, the roof, the gutters, etc.
If you are renting, call the owner or management company. They are responsible for the upkeep of all building materials.
This is serious because of mold, and it can affect your health. If someone is above you, they could have a leak in their walls coming down to you.
Thank you. Appreciate your replies. Will try buying something like damp seal, scrap down and paint.
