It shouldn't be seaping in. Call whomever installed your drain. Just caulking will not stop the water completely. Will eventually fail.

How far from the foundation was French drain installed? How long has Fr. drain been installed?

Does ground between French drain and foundation slope toward house? Is there a slope behind home which allows water to drain toward house?

Are there any leaks in gutters/downspouts? Are they properly sized for the amount of rain you receive? Do you ever notice water overflowing from gutters? Do downspouts divert water a minimum of 10' away from foundation?

Are neighbors' properties higher than yours? Do you have heavy clay soil?

I'm not sure that caulk alone will cease water infiltration.

You may need to determine effectiveness of your French drain. It may have reached its lifespan.

Can you place 6 mil heavy duty black plastic from ground level to a height of 8-12" above your outside foundation, and slope ground below the plastic, to force faster water run off? You can hold the plastic in place with river rock or similar.

Some homes have had to incur cost of interior basement floor destruction to install better drains. Other homeowners have invested in a system called HYDROBLOX, which handles more water, faster, lasts longer, and only requires a 12" trench, in most cases.

You should have a sump pump attached to the French drain

After the drainage is good n all dry use ‘Dry loc’ to seal general moisture
