How do I get a stripe screw out of the wall?

I have tried the rubber band trick and it does not work. The screw is in there pretty tight. I can't use pliers to turn it because there is no room to grab it. Very close to the wall.

you might have to use a fine drill bit and drill into it.

You can get a special drill bit made for this purpose. It bites into the screw and then pulls it out. They are not expensive.
AnYes, that's what I've had to do in the past
Heat the tip of a screwdriver till red hot. Then try to unscrew it. The heat can sometimes break the tension on the screw.
