How do I remove the paint that bled under the tape?

Interior latex paint-white. It bled onto brown varnished wooden trim & some sort of manufactured (plastic?) trim that looks like brown wood.Sraping was a little successful. Fingernail polish worked some, but then began to remove the brown stain-both types of trim.

Generally, it's best to remove tape about an hour after you've finished painting. Make sure the tape doesn't touch the wet wall as you remove it. In your case, wait for the paint to dry completely. If you haven't removed all of the tape yet, use a razor blade to cut away pieces of tape and raised paint.

You can try Goof Off while the paint isn't fully cured.
Hello there, Maybe you will have to resign yourself to cleaning it off with the nail polish remover and re-staining and varnishing the trims. Sorry No miracle!
I dont think there is an easy way. I gave up and lived with the small bleed on my tape.
