It sounds like you have a leak in a pipe somewhere behind a wall. Call a plumber. Water can create mold which can be dangerous to breathe.

I'm not sure where the water is going. Is it leaking out to the floor? The gutter at the base of the doors is supposed to have holes to drain the water into the tub. Are they clogged? That would cause the water to over flow. We need more information.

Seriously Carol, I know what your thinking: 'these, except Kelli cannot suggest better answers?'

Kelli is limitedly correct, With all sincerety: you cannot stop 100%. Steam causes condensation, it drips down when the condensation is of a weight suffice for gravity to take hold, Lo and behold you have water.

However, condensation does not create a River either.

    If it ain't a River, it's a Door...

For the short term you can put a cloth or Sponge inside when you use the shower, as I do and likely as Kelli does too.

For the long term you need realize: The door when not level will create issues be that a Pull Out or Slide Door.

You need to secure the door is level or you will get more than just water from condensation. Probably the cause is a loose screw or seven.

Once those are tightened and the Door is aligned what you get as a result is the best you can ever expect.

If you got to cross a River after a shower something is Definitely Wrong...

However, if you have massive water, like a Gallon, you need to call a Better Plumber. Because: you need new plumbing as it progressively will get worse.

I'm not sure exactly what your asking but, if your shower door sits on a track on the tub try caulking with a WATERPROOF caulk along the edge where track meets the tub.
