If you can get behind the retaining wall and dig up lots of dirt, enough to expose the bottom of the retaining wall, you can straighten the whole wall. With space behind the wall, you can prop up the wall with any boards you happen to have. 2” x 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, or 14 are probably the best. Prop up in the center of the wall going across with more props. Give a few days for the props to start working. Measure the starting angle if you can so you can tell when movement happens. Remember, the Wall has to have somewhere to go, so that trench behind it is all important. Move the props down a block every few days, as long as the wall is moving. If it stops for a week, move the props back up a block, and make sure nothing is keeping it from moving. In a weeks or so, your wall should be standing straight, according to a level. You can buy a really cheap one at Dollar Tree if you don’t have one. That’s the time to replace or patch broken blocks. Also, now dig a two inch wide trench, a few inches into the ground in front of the wall. Drop one or two of your boards in the trench. Then go behind the wall and drop in one or more boards, as far up the back of the wall with the boards you have left. The extra dirt from behind needs to be spread out away from wall, maybe even to build up holes in your yard. Make sure you are not diverting rainwater toward your house or your neighbor’s. And you wall should be stable for years, especially if you keep the wall upright and mended. Best wishes 😇
