How to repair the support beam between the 2 garage doors?

A car hit the support beam located between two garage doors about 18 inches above ground, the support cement block under the beam is cracked and broke, the scratch coat and stucco are broke, cracked, the angle iron bolted to the post/beam are bent. This is a typical 3 car garage, 2 on one side one on the other side in S. CA. The beam is the dividing supporting beam between the doors and support the roof.

Since this was an accident, your homeowners insurance and the person whose car it the garage should repair it. I would get it inspected since you say its a structural issue, and have it properly repaired.

Good advice from Sharon...check into insurance. And call in an expert!

Unless you are a contractor, this is not a DIY job! And dangerous if you don't know what you are doing.
