you could use a large syringe maybe without the needle and try industrial strength seam paste. It could be the moisture is making it release.
Good Afternoon Cheryl, I'm thinking the bathroom is just too steamy for the paper you have up. Too much moisture will always cause this problem (which is why my Granny and my parents would never have paper in the bathrrom, in spite of how many pretty papers there are. I saw some that I want in my own bathroom but thought better of it, so I am going to paint and then stencil over it so I can have a pattern and colors I am happy with. I have had good luck with clear paintable caulk. Used this trick for boarders that people love and wanted the rest of the room painted but boarder saved! Good luck!
