You have it blown in from outside by professional company.

It depends upon what kind of siding you have. It will have to be done professionally.

INsulation has to be protected from the weather. Some people have sprayer insulation added in their walls from the outside (they drill a small hole then plug it when done in each section of the wall). You can insulate your windows too with window kits to help keep out cold or heat

    1. In our area blown-in insulation is no longer used. The siding will need to be taken off and batten installed, if you're in an area like mine, then new siding or the same is replaced.
    2. If you want to insulate from the inside, the drywall will need to be removed.
    3. Or you can apply batten over the existing drywall and add additional drywall. You will lose square footage, but it can be done this way.
