My block walls are separating in the corners.How can i fix that?

There is concrete that appears to have pushed both corners of the wall away from each other leaving about a 1 to 2 inch gap. I have a small planter area behind my pool and the yard is very drab. How do I spruce it up?

Is this a foundation? Are these block walls located outside? Do you have a picture?
