They make seam trim that goes over those seams. Its called paneling seam tape. You can order online, but local home stores may have it, as well
You could try one of those color sticks to match the color of your paneling. .
I usually paint a stripe where the seams are going to meet before putting the paneling up. You can put some thin wood trim strips over the seams painted to match the paneling if you don't mind the look. I would use Minwax Blend Fil pencils or Minwax Wood Putty to fill in the seams. They come in all colors of wood tones. The Minwax Wood Putty would be the easiest and go further. Use you finger to apply it, blend it, and wipe off the excess..
