What is the best way to remove a wall?

First you must make sure this is not a main bearing wall.

No second story :)

Have a professional come take a look and decide if and how it can come down. Perhaps be happy with a door or a wide opening instead of removing the entire wall? These would still require additional structural beams, but not quite as much as removing an entire wall. Worth getting a professional opinion.

No second story, but an attic and the roof. Since it is structural, it is holding something up.
