I have a long narrow hallway, the walls on one side are wavy and uneven is there a way to disguise them. Would textured wallpaper do the trick?

no. If they are very wavy and un even I doubt you would get a decent adhesion to the wall. Personally, a flat scrubable paint would be my choice. No shine on the walls to highlight the waves.

No it will enhance it . Bring the ceiling down from the wall. Draw a straight line about 1 " down the wall from the ceiling. Make sure its straight. Now paint the hall ceiling down to the drawn line. It will give the illusion its straight.

I would put some artwork. Putting something on the wall that sticks out a bit will disguise your defect. Consider consignment shops estate sales garage sales and even thrift stores for artwork or even frames that you can put your own artwork or photography in.

You could look on Houzz or Pinterest search for hallway or gallery wall if you want to do a large series of art.

would you want to do a feature panel on the wall? A wall paper seen perhaps?
