Have you thought about hanging quilts or tapestries on the walls to deaden the sound? Short of removing the drywall and installing special insulation (they do make it for sound proofing) your only other option is to hang decorative panels. you Could use egg crate foam on the walls, it just won’t be pretty
You could use styrafoam or insulation foam panels and cover with fabric or pretty sheets. Use Velcro on the wall and panels to hold them to the wall
