What is the easiest way to get rid of very bad water stains and mold ?

We fixed our skylights, but now need to get rid of stains and black mold on our popcorn ceilings. What is the easiest and cheapest way?
Bathroom
Remove it and replace. You should be able to cut out that area and replace and re-texture. Its fairly simple, but will be messy

Paint over the stains with Kilz Paint with Primer. This is great paint that kills the stain and keeps it from showing through the actual paint you put on the ceiling/walls. Good Luck!
Kilz with a mildew inhibitor will cover it but it looks like you also have some damage. You can match the finish with products found in the paint department of your big box stores.
