Can you attach the bulb to something and turn it? Being a cook I think of plastic coated pinchers or salad forks pinchers or something like that. You might even invest in an inexpensive plastic kitchen tool to keep just for the bulbs for on going changes. Just an idea. Hope it helps
It seems there are 2 types of track lighting bulbs so I am sending you 2 links for removing track lighting bulbs. The one on you tube is a 2-prong a twist and turn bulb. If your light bulb does not have a pin the 2nd link has a section for this type at the bottom of the page.
