Noise. Is there someone out there that can fix , that’s not going to charge me an arm and a leg?
I would ask around and get recommendations for a handyman. They may end up just replacing the old fan, depending on what's wrong with it.

Is this something new? IF not, some are just loud. If it's new, it may be ready to go out and need replaced. It's a fairly simple replacement similar to a light fixture. If you can't DIY, it shouldn't be very expensive to have a handyman type replace it.
A standard exhaust fan is very inexpensive. It may be time to replace it. It would probably cost less than trying to fix it.
maybe it just needs cleaned & a good squirt of WD40
