Troubleshooting Common Problems With Light Fixtures (thespruce.com)
It is probably the socket itself that is a problem, causing your light bulb to quickly burn out. What you need to do is take down the chandelier and replace that socket with an identical socket. You will probably see the socket is mechanically defective, causing an incomplete connection between the base of the bulb and the socket, which in turn creates resistance in the contact or the excess cycling of the filament giving off excessive heat.Best to you.
Or, it could be a bad batch of bulbs. You could try swapping them out with an existing bulb and see what effect if any. That would rule in or rule out the bad batch of bulbs theory.
There are many possible reasons why a light bulb burns out quickly: The power supply voltage may be too high. Bulbs may be loose or connected improperly. Excessive vibrations may be causing the filament to break.

Hello Debbie,
Speak to a qualified Electrician, he will advise if it is a short (bad wire connection etc.)
or if it is old, maybe have the whole thing re-wired.
you have a loose or frayed wire - just fix it!
Hi Debbie, hope this helps you with your light bulb problem, you may want to contact an electrician, be safe. The excess pressure from screwing in a light bulb too tight can warp the metal connection tab at the bottom of the socket of the fixture, creating a loose connection over time and causing the light bulb to flicker. This will ultimately cause the light bulb to burn out faster.May 12, 2020
Why do my light bulbs keep burning out? | CroppMetcalfewww.croppmetcalfe.com › blog › inside_your_home › w...
Light bulbs (and fuses) burn out prematurely because of excess heat caused by amperage in the circuit that’s too high. There are 3 elements that can cause this; high voltage, or low resistance. To better illustrate this Ohm’s Law is used. The formula is: E/(I x R), where E=volts, I=Amps, and R=Resistance, or Ohms. What this all means is that an electrician is needed. Don’t try to fix it yourself. You could get a nasty shock.
Hi! I never mess with anything electrical beyond putting on a new cover for an outlet! My best guess is you have a loose wire that is shorting out after it reaches a certain temperature or other factors. Shut off the circuit breaker before attempting any investigation, or you may get a dangerous shock. I would ask someone who is comfortable with electricity or bet yet an electrician to take a look at it! Stay safe!
You can lookup the recommended type of light bulb for the chandelier in the manual and replace it with the correct one.
I'd replace the light honestly sounds dangerous
It sounds like there's an issue in that lamp somewhere. I would have someone look at it and stop using it in the meantime.
