What to do about window air conditioning unit that trips power?

Need and answer from an electrician- I have a window unit air condition and a ductless mini split ac?heater. would it be really expensive for someone to come out and take them off the same line, because I can't use the two at the same time it trips my power box. Could you tell me what the person has to do in order for my things to stop keep knocking the power off on that side of the house.

He would have to separate the two at the box and put them on their own breaker. He would need to trace the wiring, separate the connections and may need to run new wiring. If you have fuses he may not be able to separate the cricuits as there may be no free fuses.
You have a window air conditioner? Direct wired or plug in? My window one is plug in and did the same because of my microwave. I just got a heavy duty extension cord and plugged it in to a different place. Simple and cheaper solution.
I have this same problem. I always have to make sure that I don't plug anything else into that side of the house while my ac is running.
