How to Stuff Saggy Sofa Cushions

Easy
Our sofa was looking really saggy and you could feel the springs through the seat cushion. I was in favor of a new couch, but my husband didn't want to spend the money! So, I decided to re-stuff our existing couch to try to give it a second life.
Remove seat cushions from their zippered covers.
Use spray adhesive to attach high-density foam to the top and allow to dry. Follow the can's directions for application and drying time.
Replace the cushions back into their cases. It will be a tight fit.
If you have cushions that are more pillow-style (these were our back cushions) you can add fiberfill to make them more full. Stick it deep in the corners for a fuller look.
That's how I gave my couch a new life. See more at my blog Charleston Crafted!

Great tutorial. You made it look so easy. I ahve the same problem as Mlw. My cushions are attached to the sofa with a hard to get to zipper in the back. Still trying to figure out how to stuff them. Tough to stuff them in place without being a contortionist.

While it looks really nice. I was concerned when watching the glue spraying. That stuff is so bad to inhale and get on/in your skin. I'm a retired OH&S specialist. I have seen so many folks develop respiratory, dermatological and neurological issues from use of like products. Please be careful. My mission isn't to sh*# on you, it's to add awareness.
