Any suggestions for a large bathroom mirror that I can't remove?

The mirror is glued to the wall and would require a major wall repair to remove it's so hard for me to keep clean, I hate it any ideas? Mirror is 60 W x 42 L.

Stencil in black or gold (or whatever color suits you) but black is really stunning... around the perimeter. Since it is so big you could do a 4 or 5 inch stencil all the way around with elaborate corners... Or, buy some ornate moulding from Home Depot or Lowes... frame it after painting the "frame" in your chosen colors.

Had a similar problem with a mirror starting to fail around the edges. Got some chair -rail molding at home-depot ,cut and fitted it around the perimeter using

GE white silicone caulk...brightened up the whole room... and saved big bucks.

    Good luck ....Mac

You can get some suction cups with hooks (little ones) and hang little lights maybe get some sort of vine or floral on top and sides. U could put up a valance curtain with the lights behind it or one that I actually did was I hung my jewelry, if anything it was convenient . No glue not to messy and wicked inexpensive my favorite part lol.

Paulette Mitschke - There is post on this blog, where the home owner frame the mirror and use flat mirror hooks to secure the wooden frame around the mirror and stain/painted the trim work.

Hey, Paulette; I see in your photo you have a walk-in tub. I've considered getting one, but I wonder how difficult they are to clean. Can you reach all the areas through just the open door?

I used the Loews premade corners and precut frame pieces and put directly on mirror and it's fabulous and sturdy. first one I caulked and painted .

another time I did Not caulk but painted, both fabulous. Tip. They come primed so paint before installation as so much easier
