Do you have a photo you could share?

Unless a large amount of wood putty can salvage it, you may need to replace.

Is there something being stored there that is attracting the dog? You may have to put peppermint or citrus in the bath to keep the dog out.

Take one of the cabinet doors to the paint department of the home improvement store and ask them to select paint/stains and other finishes and application tools that will work for your kitchen. They have the best selection, the most up-to-date materials and most important, the most informative sales staff to get you what you need for a professional job.

    Hello Bonnie,

Not knowing the composition of the cabinet—The damaged scratched areas could be filled with wood putty, sanded —if —you are willing to paint it.

    Hope this helps.

Are you keeping the dog locked up in bathroom, if so & you fix it it'll probably happen again. Please don't do the oil thing, dog's noses are very sensitive I don't recommend any heavy scented oils especially if it cannot get away from the scent,it'll burn their nose & eyes even tongue, if they lick it it will cause GI(digestive trac) trouble, then you'll have vet bill too.If it's just door replace it if it's actual vanity may need replaced too depending on damages. As Linda stated pic would help so we could offer suggestions
