Depends on the the type of hardware you have. My cabinets have a damper that can be added to the frame face. You can find them at Home Depot, Lowes, or most any hardware store.
Your local home center will either have it in stock or be able to order it for you. Also, if you have a cabinet company in your town, they would be able to order this hardware as well.

Home improvement and hardware stores - sometimes not a DIY project, so do not get discouraged if it looks complicated. Just hire a contractor to swap out for you.
It's the little cabinet pads you need for that. It
