    Mayonnaise overnight. Buff it out with a soft cloth.

    Lay a cloth over the stain. Take an iron on low heat and go over the cloth. White (not gel) toothpaste and a damp cloth. A dab of toothpaste on the cloth and gently rub in a circular motion.

    If none of the above work - try Restore-A-Finish. A can costs ABOUT $9.00. Buy at hardware store or home depot. Rub on with a soft cloth in direction of grain. Wipe off with a 2nd cloth. Comes in different colors to match. It worked for me.
