How can I repair or replace the webbing on this chair?

I've had these chairs for years so comfortable but they have worn out they are made by Steel

I HATE my stainless steel fridge. Can I paint it??? and with what type of paint? Has anyone done this and will it look ugly?

They have full instructions, and a nice selection of fabrics and colors and stuff. I wound up redoing ours with a set of Dupioni Spice chair slings. They seem expensive- until you price out a new patio set! It wasn't as hard as it seems, especially if you get tools to do it (I went to Home Depot for a spreader bar thingy, can't remember what it's called, but I've used it for lots of other stuff since then).
